Press Release Summary = Successful tests will guarantee reliability and compatibility

Press Release Body = Kaarst / Ebermannstadt, Germany - July 17, 2007. NEC Infrontia
Germany recently completed a successful test of Vierling's Ecotel GSM gateways for
use with NEC telecommunications systems including the Aspire and XN120 product
lines. Users of NEC communications systems and Vierling Ecotel GSM gateways now have
access to a reliable and compatible communications solution. Users will also have
future access to product-specific technical documentation for the combination of NEC
telecommunications systems and Vierling Ecotel GSM gateways along with specially
trained support personnel. NEC Infrontia and Vierling plan to provide one another
with mutual assistance as they further develop their communications and GSM gateway
solutions, including technical coordination and marketing.

Leading quality and technology in the area of GSM gateways
"We decided to test Vierling's Ecotel GSM gateways for use with NEC
telecommunications systems because Vierling is the undisputed quality and
technological leader in the market for GSM gateways", noted Andre Schmeisser,
Technical Manager at NEC Infrontia Ltd. in Germany. "The tests we performed exceeded
our expectations: The NEC Aspire and
NEC XN120 telecommunications systems functioned smoothly with the Ecotel GSM
gateways and provided optimum voice quality from the very start. All of the possible
connection scenarios and applications, including the classic least cost routing and
mobile extension applications, were handled by the standard configurations of the
two systems."

Least cost routing application
Least cost routing is the main application of the Ecotel GSM gateways. This involves
connecting the gateway via an ISDN or IP interface to the NEC telecommunications
system. The GSM gateway routes all outgoing calls from the communications system to
mobile radio networks via different SIM cards as a function of the destination
mobile radio number. The gateway takes costly landline-to-mobile calls and turns
them into cost-effective "in-network" mobile-to-mobile calls.

Mobile extension application
Using the mobile extension application, the Aspire and XN120 telecommunications
systems from NEC provide PBX functions on employee mobile phones including features
such as call hold, inquiry calls and transfers. The Ecotel GSM gateway makes the
necessary calls between the Aspire telecommunications system and the employee mobile
phones via cost-effective mobile-to-mobile calls. The Ecotel GSM gateway has no
trouble at all transporting the mobile extension features provided by the NEC Aspire
telecommunications system.

Service, support and marketing
"As part of our joint efforts, we will make special technical documentation
encompassing the insights gained during these tests available to NEC Infrontia and
Vierling employees", noted Wolfgang Peter, managing director of Vierling
Communications. "In addition, we will prepare our support personnel for projects
where Ecotel GSM gateways and the NEC Aspire and XN120 telecommunications systems
are used jointly. In the future, we will work to assist one another in the further
development, coordination and marketing of our solutions."
